Description
Wall recessed or surface mounted dual patient station with individual
cordset receptacles and call indicators for use with remote call
origination cordset. Removal of either cordset originates a call
placement.
Receptacles
Two cordset receptacles wired to accept 1/4" cordsets (normal
call, geriatric, explosion proof) with nurse call origination facility.
Controls and Indicators
Two combination white call placement indicators and call cancel
buttons.
Installation
Color-coded, prewired terminations provided. Mount using only the
four 6-32 x 1" nylon screws provided.

Housing and Finish
Faceplate:
Flame retardant ABS plastic rated 94V-O by UL, finished in
off-white supplied with nylon mounting screws.
W42 Backbox:
metal backbox supplied by others.
Dimensions
Faceplate:
4-9/16" (11.59cm) wide x 4-1/2" (11.43cm) high.
W41 Backbox:
4-11/16" (11.91cm) square electrical box with two-gang
adapter for a total depth of 3-5/16" (8.41cm), supplied by others.
