The Sentry Model HM-665 Medical History Option provides an instant medical history report of the residents in an apartment when an emergency call is initiated.  The emergency call is alarmed on the video screen and at the same time, the Sentry printer produces a medical history report.  All other printer functions are temporarily suspended until the medical history report is completed.  The typical medical history report consists of: name, apartment number, date, time, physician, medications, hospital, nearest relative, emergency health data, and medical history. The Medical History Option consists of a 3.5" disk drive and the Sentry Medical Files program disk.  The Sentry console must be equipped with a Model HM-516 printer. The Sentry Medical Files program comes on a 3.5" floppy disk.  The program can be converted to a 5.25" disk or put on a hard disk drive in the computer to be used for creating and updating the files disk.  The program will allow the files disk to be created or changed.  Medical history files are arranged by apartment number. The medical files disk is loaded into the medical files disk drive on the master controller.  When an emergency call is received, the controller will read the file on the disk and print out a report. The medical files program is completely menu driven and includes all operating instructions.
