Description
Surface, wall or ceiling mounted
dome lamp. Consists of a faceplate with combination lamp socket and lens holder.
Lens colors available (white, green, red, blue, amber, yellow or clear).
Controls and Indicators
Low-power high-luminous lamp,
front replaceable with rated average life of 6000 hours.
Indicator Configurations
HM-D4 provides indicators only.

28V at 40ma. 28ESB T-2 slide
base.
Installation
Prewired connectors.
Mount using only the two 6-32 x 1" nylon screws provided. |

Faceplate:
Flame retardant ABS plastic rated 94V-O by UL,
finished in off-white supplied with nylon mounting screws.
W42 Backbox: metal backbox supplied by others.
