Description
Wall recessed or surface mounted single patient station for use with remote
call origination cordset. Removal of the cordset originates a call placement.
Receptacle
One cordset receptacle wired to accept a single 1/4" cordset (normal
call, geriatric, explosion proof) with nurse call origination facility.
Controls and Indicators
One combination white call placement indicator and call cancel button.
Installation
Color-coded, prewired terminations provided. Mount using only the two 6-32 x
1" nylon screws provided.

Housing and Finish
Faceplate:
Flame retardant ABS plastic rated 94V-O by UL, finished in
off-white supplied with nylon mounting screws.
W41 Backbox:
metal backbox supplied by others.
Dimensions
Faceplate:
2-3/4" (6.99cm) wide x 4-1/2" (11.43cm) high.
W41 Backbox:
4-11/16" (11.91cm) square electrical box with one-gang
adapter for a total depth of 2-7/8" (7.30cm), supplied by others.
