Other CliniComm Announcements

When you request a CliniComm quotation from Heritage, you will receive a customized package of product sheets showing each pushbutton and annunciator panel detailing the location, function and operation of each button or lamp. These sheets help your client visualize exactly what you are offering. Since providing this service, the dealers have been able to close on nearly every proposal.

We now offer custom annunciator panels which have a logical layout matching the physical layout of the facility. When you are offering a system remember this popular option.

Heritage will provide a written quote on all of its systems. We will review specifications and prints and note any exceptions for each project. We will also quote based on your take-off of the project and make sure you have all of the required components to make a complete working system.

Applications

More and more doctors are leaving the hospital environment and opening their own clinics in their specialties. Doctors are finding they can make more money, reduce malpractice insurance costs, have less exposure to the new hospital environment, and have more freedom to be doctors.

There has been considerable sales increases in Plastic (cosmetic) surgery centers, Orthopedic and Physical Therapy rehabilitation clinics and Chiropractic facilities.

In rehabilitation clinics and chiropractic facilities the CliniComm "Timer" function has been popular. Many times hot dressings are applied to patients for 10 or 15 minutes prior to exercising a muscle or joint. Up to four timers can be chosen from a single button which will signal the attendant or physician upon completion of the specified time. Benefits: improved patient service and increase productivity from the staff.

VNS (Visual Nurse-call System) Highlights

A "Quick Quote" template is now available upon request, which provides dealers not only with equipment pricing, but also includes estimates for wire usage and installation labor.

An interface is now available to connect the VNS to pocket page systems or wireless telephones to quickly alert staff to calls placed in the system without having to be near an annunciator.

'Quick Quote" template: This quotation system is available to dealers which lists all the products and their dealer net cost. Estimated wiring requirements and costs are included, along with an estimate for installation labor.

CliniComm Demo
Heritage MedCall now has a new CliniComm demonstration program available at www.heritagemedcall.com This demo can be run from the website or downloaded to your computer or laptop. This new demo provides an understanding of how the system operates, and more importantly, it provides you with a valuable sales tool to help your customer understand and "see" how their system would operate. The demo has been field tested by several dealers and they were very excited about this great new selling tool.
