In our ongoing effort to improve market share and
discover new applications, Heritage MedCall will be
running print ads in "Healthcare Design" and "Family
Practice Management" magazines.
As the title suggests, Healthcare Design targets
Architects and Engineers specializing in the healthcare
industry. This is a quarterly publication and our ad will
appear throughout 2004. Family Practice Management
magazine is
one of the top journals for practice management
professionals. This will be great exposure for our
CliniComm product.
Other print ad and direct mail campaigns are in the
planning stages now. As usual, qualified inquiries will be
passed on to our certified dealers. Be sure to
contact Heritage and update your dealer profile
information.

| 2004 Price Lists Available |

New price lists are now available for all products
including the Sentry Emergency Call System. Good
News, the only prices that changed - actually went
down!!
During 2004 Heritage will roll out a dealer incentive
program which will reward dealers with better pricing
based on volume. Stay tuned for details.

As our new web site evolves, we will include an online
bulletin board for our customers. We will be looking for
your input to create and participate in various
discussion topics such as new product features and
new applications.
The bulletin board will be password protected and
designated strictly for the use of our customers and
not the general public.

Heritage MedCall has a newbie. John Tobin has been
recently added to the team. As Sales and Marketing
Manager he will be overseeing all sales and marketing
activity for our entire product line. As with all our staff,
John is here to assist you in any way he can. Don't
hesitate to call and introduce yourself.

We are pleased to announce the formal merger of
Heritage MedCall and Sentry Manufacturing. Our two
organizatons have operated as "sister" companies for
nearly two years with common personnel. Heritage
MedCall Inc. will be the single corporate identity
because of it's name recognition and established dealer
network. Sentry Emergency Call System will remain as a
product line catering to the Independent and Assisted
Living industry.
We encourage our business partners to become familiar
with our entire product line. Open up new markets and
new opportunities for a more prosperous new year. In
January, 2004 our new web site will consolidate all
product information at www.heritagemedcall.com.
