Greetings!
Now that 2004 is more than half over, it's time to
discuss some new products. Read more about our new
Lamp and Tone Control Units in this issue.
The Sentry Emergency Call System is currently
undergoing the biggest change. The new software
platform will be designed to support a wireless solution,
a telephony solution and of course our traditional hard
wired system.

Due to market demands and improvements in
technology, Heritage MedCall is currently creating a
new platform which will accomodate wireless and
telephony based solutions for the Sentry Emergency
Call System. We hope to be testing the new products
by the end of 2004 with possible availability in early
2005.
The expanded product line will make Sentry more
competitive, particularly with "existing" senior living
facilities.
Some of the new features will include:
- Windows based software
- TCPIP network connectivity
- A completely wireless system
- Telephone integration
- Using customers' existing PC (if it meets minimum
system requirements)

A new online bulletin board is now available on the
Heritage
MedCall web site. This is a password protected portion
of the site which allows our dealers to log in and create
discussion topics with other members.
Register now and share ideas, complaints and maybe a
joke or two. However, no X-Rated stuff, we will be
watching.

| New Lamp & Tone Control Unit as a CliniComm alternative |

We have had several requests for what used to be
called a 3-way switch recently. These devices simply
allowed the user to turn lights on and off from different
locations. Until now this could only be accomplished by
using our microprocessor based system with momentary
switches.
Our new lamp / tone control units will be available in 3 -
4 weeks. There will be three models from which to
choose, the HM-T1 (one circuit), HM-T4 (four circuit)
and the HM-T8 (eight circuit).
These devices are specifically designed for the
customers who don't need the functionality of
CliniComm, such as Doctor memory, chart up/down
etc... It will decrease equipment and labor costs by
eliminating the need for a card cage, MPU card and I/O
cards.
The units will also control our HM-CTU (Central tone
